Komi Kalevor

Executive Director of the Washington County Housing Authority

Komi Kalevor (he/him) brings his professional experience in housing development finance, project management and banking to the Raising Justice board. Komi currently oversees staff, an annual budget of nearly $50 million, housing development, Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) and Public Housing Program operations. Komi earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Willamette University. He is also a Portland State University alumnus and holds certifications in banking, as Housing Development Finance Professional, as Finance Manager, Section 8 Executive Manager, and as Public Housing Manager.

 

Komi’s community service includes hands-on volunteer work in building homes for lower income persons and working with numerous Oregon and Washington non-profit organizations to tackle homelessness and remedial education. He served in the recent past on the Boards of Directors of: Portland Habitat for Humanity Metrowest, Portland Guadalajara Sister City Association, Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives (PCRI) and Portland State University Alumni Association.
